Christmas Bruschetta

These little bites taste like a holiday in Venice. The mascarpone gives a soft, luxurious base, while cranberry jelly mixed with Campari turns into a shimmering ruby glaze….tangy, slightly bitter, and just sweet enough. A dusting of orange zest.  This is also amazing on roast duck, pork and turkey!


You will need:


8 oz mascarpone cheese

1 can (14 oz) whole cranberry sauce

1 Tbsp Campari

2 Tbsp fresh orange juice

1 tsp honey

16 crostini rounds ( homemade or store bought)

Flakey salt

Orange zest

Fresh or dried rosemary



Mix cranberry sauce, honey, Campari and orange juice together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Spread crostinis with mascarpone, add a dollop of the cranberry mixture on top, the garnish with some fresh orange zest, a sprinkle of salt, and some rosemary.
