Corned Beef and Cabbage

I’m not going to lie, I am kind of famous for my corned beef and cabbage. People ask me every year if I am going to make it for St Patricks Day, and of course I am! What’s funny, is there’s not much to it and people think I slaved all day over a hot stove! The secret is a crockpot and time, so you get to set it and forget it.
You will need:
1 package corned beef with seasoning packet
6 Yukon Gold cut in half
1 head cabbage quartered
8 carrots peeled and cut into thick slices
Water
Put it all into your crockpot and fill with water until ingredients are covered. Set on low and cook all day. Slice the meat and serve with the juices and vegetables. Thats it!
