Feta Tzatziki Sauce

This creamy topping is perfect for burgers, but it also shines as a dip alongside a crisp crudité platter or crunchy pita chips. I always suggest starting with a block of feta and crumbling it yourself — the flavor is so much fresher and more robust than the pre-crumbled kind.
You will need:
1/2 cup grated cucumber
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove grated
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh dill
Cracked black pepper to taste
1/3 cup crumbled feta
Using a box grater, grate cucumber then place between a paper towel to remove as much liquid as possible. Combine with all ingredients and place in fridge for a few hours until ready to serve.
