You can pretty much find hush puppies on any menu in the low country but who has the best? I grew up in Eastern NC where hush puppies were more savory, I find the hush puppies in the lowcountry to be sweet.
Hanser House in Litchfield Beach had the best. Hot and fluffy with a slightly sweet butter.
