Rotisserie Chicken Tostadas

How easy can dinner get? Grab a rotisserie chicken, some corn tortillas, and fire up the air fryer. Boom, tostadas are served!
Perfect for Cinco de Mayo or Taco Tuesday, and bonus…it’s delicious andon the healthier side.
Minimal effort. Maximum flavor. Yes, please!
You will need:
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
2 corn tortillas
Can of black beans
Shredded sharp cheddar
Hot sauce
Pinch Chili Seasoning
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Cilantro and onion finely chopped
Diced Avocado
Sour cream
Drain the black beans. Put half the can of beans in a bowl and smash with a fork, add the chili seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place in microwave and warm through. Save the other half of the beans to top on a future salad.
Turn your airfyer on the air fry setting. Spray each side of the tortilla with cooking spray, lay on tray and place the other tray on top of them. This will keep the tortillas from flying around. These will only take about 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
In another bowl, warm the chicken and the cheese together.
Now its time to layer. Spread the bean mixture on the tortilla, top with the cheesy chicken mixture. Sprinkle some of the hot sauce on top, top with the cilantro and onion mixture, avocado and sour cream.
