This recipe comes from my non Italian Grandmother and was always on our Thanksgiving table. Now, I make and bring it to our family gathering every year. It’s so good on a leftover turkey sandwich, so make a lot!
You will need:
12 oz fresh cranberries
1 whole orange, root ends removed
1 cup granulated sugar
Slice orange into 8 pieces, place in food processor along with sugar and cranberries. Pulse until everything is blended. Place in container and chill for a few hours, a day is even better.
