The French Martini was invented in the late 1980s when a New York City bar owner, Keith Mcnally, created the drink. The name French Martini comes from one of the drink's main ingredients, Chambord liqueur. Chambord liqueur is a raspberry liqueur that originated from the Loire Valley of France.
You will need:
2 oz Kettle One Vodka
1 oz Chambord
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Raspberry or cherry for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker up with ice, add the vodka, chambord and juice. Shake until your arms fall off, well maybe just 30 seconds. Strain into a martini or coupe glass, and garnish.
