The Aperita

When an Aperol Spritz meets a Margarita…..magic happens! Two iconic cocktails, one unforgettable mash-up. This sunny, citrusy stunner is what happens when Italy crashes Mexico’s Cinco de Mayo party, and we’re here for every zesty, sparkling sip.

You will need:

1 oz Corazón Blanco

1 oz Aperol

1/2 oz Cointreau

1 oz lime juice

Prosecco

Orange slice

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.  Shake well for 30 seconds and pour into a pretty cocktail glass packed with ice.  Top with Prosecco , give it a good stir and garnish with an orange slice.
