Nonna Bianca is a toast to simple pleasures, done beautifully. A light, sun-kissed cocktail inspired by the effortless elegance of an Italian afternoon, it balances bright citrus with delicate floral notes; perfect after a little time spent gardening in the sunshine. Both timeless and modern, this is a drink that doesn’t rush, meant for slow sips, good company, and stories that linger just a bit longer than planned. Crisp, graceful, and quietly indulgent.
1.5 oz gin (a citrus-forward or floral one works best)
1 oz Limoncello
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1–2 oz soda water (for lift)
Shake everything except the soda with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe or a wine glass over fresh ice, then top with soda water. Give it a gentle stir. Garnish with basil and lemon.
