An evening on the beach with the breeze in our hair, the sounds of soft waves and a little music playing, this cocktail just made perfect sense to pay homage to a place that fills my soul.
You will need:
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Aperol
Club soda
Orange slice
Ice
Fill glass to brim with ice. Add Prosecco, Cointreau and Aperol, lightly stir. Top with club soda and garnish with orange slice.
