You wont ever make cornbread again after you make it this way. It’s so moist and luscious, the perfect accompaniment to a southern meal, a bowl of chili or soup.
You will need:
2 boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream style corn
1 can corn kernels ( drained)
1 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
2 beaten eggs
Mix all the above until fully blended and spread into a greased 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for an hour until golden brown and firm in the middle.
