Spicy Strawberry Glazed Salmon

You will need:

1 lb salmon filet

2 tbsp honey bbq sauce ( any brand)

1 tbsp strawberry jam

1 tsp mild crispy chili sauce

2 scallion stalks sliced thin using only the green part

Mix the bbq sauce, jam, chilis.  Let salmon filet come to room temperature by letting it sit out for about 15 minutes.  Heat oven to 400 degrees, brush salmon lightly with the glaze. Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes depending on your temperature preference.  I like mine medium so I only go 10 minutes but give it a quick flash of a broil at the end for about 2 minutes. While the salmon is baking, warm the glaze.

Remove salmon and let sit for 5 minutes.   Top with remaining marinade and sliced scallions.
