The Mistletoe

This is my take on the Aperol Spritz but I added a few touches to bring the Christmas spirit to it.  So fun with a nice charcuterie board to snack on!


You will need:

1 oz Aperol

Prosecco

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Cranberry juice


Garnish Luxardo cherries and rosemary sprigs



Mix Aperol,  vodka and juice together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute.  Top with Prosecco and give it a slight stir.  Add cherry and a sprig of rosemary. I happened to make some cubes with cranberry juice and rosemary for another cocktail,  so I plopped one of those in!
