This recipe brings olives to a whole new level. Marinated olives are high in healthy fats. You will often find these on the menu at Tapas restaurants, but these are seriously easy to make, and make a beautiful presentation for your guests. Or just you!
You will need:
2 cups assorted olives, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves minced3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 thin strips orange rind
2 small sprigs rosemary
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Heat olive oil and add garlic, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Cook until golden then add olives orange rind , and rosemary, turn down to simmer and stir for about 5 minutes. You just want everything warmed through. Pour into a bowl and serve with crusty bread.
